Mr. Larry Harris Jr.
Mr. Larry Harris Jr. is a native of Mount Vernon, New York. He is a 2016 initiate of the Chi Omega Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated. A holder of both a bachelors degree in marketing and a masters of business administration, Harris possesses a strong passion for educating and uplifting the youth of today.
He initiated the “Investing in Education Campaign” within the Big Bend Area Omega Lamplighters. This movement in conjunction with being an Omega Lamplighter Advisor provide strong platforms for me in supporting the youth. He is the proud husband of Mrs. Latasha Harris and has three beautiful children.

Mr. Darrell M. Olds
Mr. Darrell M. Olds Jr. currently serves as the Assistant Director for the Jackson County Chapter of Omega Lamplighters. Olds is a proud native of Jackson County, Florida, inspired by his fellow community members to help youth. He is a recent graduate of Florida A&M University (B.S. Allied Health Sciences), where he excelled in academics and collegiate involvement. Darrell is an aspiring Physical Therapist with current ambitions of social activism and community politics.

Mr. Iman G. Sandifer
Mr. Iman G. Sandifer is a native of Hallandale, Florida. An up-and-coming educator, Iman is inspired to help youth because of the vast contributions made by those before him. A 2010 initiate of the Upsilon Psi chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, Iman has served in multiple capacities within the organization. He is currently a member of the Chi Omega chapter.
Today, Sandifer is pursuing a master's degree in Educational Leadership from his undergraduate alma mater, Florida A&M University.
